Moraíto, the most important representative of the school of Jerez and undoubtedly one of the best accompanying guitarists for cante, plays and explains in the first part of this DVD five selected pieces from his repertoire: two bulerías, sevillanas, tangos and a vals-bulerías. The second part is devoted to Moraíto’s speciality: together with singer Fernando Terremoto, Moraíto focusses on basic principles and difficulties of the accompaniment of cante using malagueñas, seguiriyas and tientos/tangos. Fernando Terremoto, son of the legendary cantaor Terremoto, is gifted with one of the most outstanding flamenco voices of the his flamenco generation. In this DVD he proofs his nickname Terremoto, 'Earthquake' worthy: expressive, overwhelming and subtle at the same time. With this DVD, intermediate and advanced flamenco guitarists can now witness the not easily accessible areas and surroundings of the flamenco guitar together with Moraíto.
